Christopher Philips, CFA, is a senior analyst in Vanguard Investment Strategy Group. In this role, Mr. Philips has published and presented research on various topics, including international investing, indexing, and benchmark selection. Mr. Philips joined Vanguard in 2000 and has worked in the Investment Strategy Group since its inception in 2001. He earned a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College and is a CFA® charterholder.
