Panagiotis Drossos
Chief Executive Officer
Hellenic Foreign Trade Board (HEPO)
In April 2004, Mr. Panagiotis Drossos was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board (HEPO), after following a successful career in the private financial sector.
Born in 1972, he graduated from the University of Piraeus with a Degree in Economic Sciences. During his undergraduate studies, he displayed an active involvement in politics by serving as a representative of the students in the Department of Economics in the Senate of the University of Piraeus and also as a member of the Rector's Council of the University of Piraeus.
Currently completing a PhD in Panteion University of Athens, he has also attended the Department of Accounting of the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus, the Executive Program of the ALBA MBA and has obtained a Certificate in Sales and Management from the Greek Company of Business Management.
Mr. Drossos is a member of the Central Administration of the Economic Chamber as well as a Vice-President of the Youth Movement of the European People's Party and has attended numerous seminars mainly of Economic, Financial and Communication focus. He speaks English and Spanish.
