  • CACC is a privately owned New York based real estate merchant banking and international investment entity.
  • CACC primarily focuses on opportunistic real estate projects. The firm provides the resources, equity, debt and management in order to acquire, develop and/or add value to the real estate property with the objective to achieve the maximum return for the investors. In addition, CACC advises clients on raising capital via the public markets and financing bridge loans for companies in the USA and overseas.

U.S.A. DIRECTORS Stylianos S. Zavvos, Chairman

Mr. Zavvos is the founder of Continental American Capital. He is an international financier active in banking and real estate. He organized and founded "Interbank of New York", a New York based, Greek-American commercial bank. He previously was with Citibank and Johnson& Johnson. He is a member of Leadership 100, has served as a Director and Executive VP of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Athens College, Polytechnion University and Harvard Business School.

Edward Rotter, Director
A real estate investment banker and advisor, has extensive experience in both real estate acquisitions and development. He has served as the Managing Partner of ING Clarion. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Yale University.

Spiros Voutsinas, Director
Mr. Voutsinas is the Founder and an Executive President of Apple Bank for Savings. He has vast knowledge and experience in all domestic and international financial transactions. He is a Director of Roosevelt Bank and New York Community Bank. He is a graduate of Wharton School of Business and Brown University, Graduate School of Banking and Finance.

Monty Stubbs, Director
Mr. Stubbs has been involved in real estate investment for the past 20 years. Prior to forming Pembroke Capital in 1990, he was a Director at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets (Real Estate). He also formerly worked at Dean Witter Realty Inc. and Blyth Eastman Paine Webber. He is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business Administration and the University of Virginia.

Costas Kondylis, Director
One of the most sought-after residential architects in New York City, Mr. Kondylis has done more to shape the cityscape of New York than any other designer of his generation. Mr. Kondylis was a senior partner of Philip Birnbaum & Associates for nine years. He previously worked for Davis Brody & Associates as an architect in New York and as a Director of Housing and Urban Design in the firm's joint venture office. He holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Geneva, School of Architecture in Switzerland and a Masters in Architecture/Urban Design from Columbia University in New York. He was recently honored with a Doctorate degree from the University of Ioannina's Department of Science and Building Technology in Greece.

GREEK DIRECTORS

Apostolos Doxiadis
Mr. Doxiadis is one of Greece's leaders in the tourism industry. For a number of decades he has held key positions in Greek tourism, including President of the Greek National Tourist Organization, President of the Greek Chamber of Hotels, Hotelier for 16 consecutive years and owner and Managing Director of the famous Hotel Grand Bretagne, one of Europe's oldest and best hotels. Mr. Doxiadis is currently a member of the Ministry of Tourism's National Tourism Council, as well as on the board of a number of top Greek institutions. He supervised the Hospitality for the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece.

Charalampos Avradinis
Developer and owner of several leading hotels in Greece, including the Plaza Vouliagmeni Hotel and the new luxury Plaza Resort Hotel. He is a graduate of Cornell University.

Sofia Hassou
Ms. Hassou is an architect, co-founder of an Athens-based firm which combines the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture and planning. She is a graduate of Brown University and the Ecole Speciale d'Architecture in Paris, France. She has lived and worked on projects in the US, France, Switzerland and Greece and has specialized experience with building on the Greek coast, islands and natural landscapes.

Militiadis Vanger
Mr. Vanger is an attorney and real estate investor. He is a graduate of Athens Law School. Currently he manages the government administration for the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region.
