Zoe Cruz
Co-President, Morgan Stanley
Zoe Cruz is Co-President of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Firm's Management Committee with responsibility for the Institutional Securities Group and Global Wealth Management. She was named Acting President in July 2005 and assumed her current role in February 2006.
Previously Ms. Cruz had been Worldwide Head of Fixed Income, Commodities and Foreign Exchange, a position she had held since September 2000. Before this, Ms. Cruz was Worldwide Co-Head of the Foreign Exchange Division. She joined the Firm in 1982, became a Vice President in 1986, a Principal in 1988 and a Managing Director in 1990.
Ms. Cruz attended Harvard University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature in 1977. She earned a Master's of Business Administration degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1982.
Ms. Cruz currently serves on the following boards and committees:

Ms. Cruz is 52 years of age and married with three children.
