Dr. Yiannis Paraschis

Dr. Yiannis Paraschis is the Chief Executive Officer of Athens International Airport SA. He joined Athens Airport in 1996, and after having served in various positions he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for the period from 2002 till April 2007. Dr. Paraschis holds the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Athens Airport Fuel Pipeline Company SA. Prior to Athens International Airport he has worked for a decade in international management consulting. He has worked with ACI EUROPE since 1997, currently he is the President of ACI EUROPE and member of the ACI World Governing Board. Dr. Paraschis obtained his M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and his Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Hamburg in Germany.
