Attica Bank was founded in 1925 and has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 1964. Through its 70 branches and its subsidiaries, Attica Bank offers a wide range of banking services, investment products, mutual funds, bancassurance products, and brokerage services.
The main shareholders of the Bank are:
- The Engineers and Public Works Contractors' Pension Fund, with 42.36% of the shares.
- The Greek Postal Savings Bank, with 19.01% of the shares.
- The Loans and Consignments Fund, with the 19.04% of the shares.
Its Total Assets on 30/9/2007 were 3,552.7 million euro, its Own Equity was 313. 8 million euros, and its 3Q profits after taxes were 15,9 million euros.
