Tourism Development Company S.A. (T.D.C.) is a holding company, wholly owned by the Hellenic Republic, with the aim to manage, develop and revitalise the state-owned tourism property assets and tourism business units. TDC is managing a unique real estate portfolio of 370 properties that cover a total of 7000 hectares throughout Greece. These properties are highly diversified and of extraordinary natural beauty and include:
- 27 business units that are self operated by TDC of various tourism interests such as the Parnassos ski centre, Elliniko exhibition centre, marinas, museums and spas,
- Undeveloped lands of considerable size and potential for tourism development: Anavyssos, Paliouri, Afandou, etc, and
- Other properties that are leased into world class resorts such as the Grand Resort Lagonissi and the Nafplia Palace or to be developed shortly ( Xenia hotels, Marinas, Camping Sites, Casinos, Museums, Caves, Tourist Kiosks etc).
Tourism Development Co. is a leading Greek real estate asset manager, acting in between the Public & Private sector in order to assure optimal property development, contributing thus to meeting tourism property goals. It is involved in a broad spectrum of real estate and management activities related to tourism property development comprising of:

The Company's main scope of activity is to manage and develop the state-owned tourism property while serving the objectives of the Ministry of Tourism Development:
- Sustainable development of state-owned tourism property
- Development of special kinds of tourism products (thermalism, congress & exhibition centres, agrotourism)
- Evolution of specific tourism infrastructure (marinas, golf courses, theme parks)
Tourism Development Co. is currently working on the development of a number of high value properties and lands through long term leases by international tenders. The main focus is shifting towards interventions that guarantee modern tourism infrastructure development and innovative tourism products (tourist residences, spa resorts, convention centers, etc.).
