Eric F. Trump
Executive Vice President, Development & Acquisitions, The Trump Organization
Eric. F Trump joined the Trump Organization in 2006 after graduating with honors from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a degree in Finance and Management and a minor in Psychology.
As the Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, Eric is actively involved in all aspects of real estate development, both nationally and internationally. From the initial acquisitions and development partnership to the final design, construction, sales and marketing functions, he plays a pivotal role in more than 70 active Trump projects around the world.
Nationally, Eric has been instrumental in the development of Trump International Hotel &Tower in Chicago, currently the tallest completed residential building in the world. He has also focused his efforts on Trump International &Tower in Las Vegas, personally overseeing all aspects of the prospects from architecture to marketing to hotel management.
Trump International Golf Club Puerto Rico is another of Eric's dedicated projects. He works diligently, overseeing construction, sales, marketing and property management responsibilities for the over $600 million dollar development, poised to become of the world's leading resort destination points. The development will feature a luxury residential community, two signature golf courses, golf villas and a wide range of amenities.
Other U.S projects that Eric is directly involved with include Trump Hotel Collection projects in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, SoHo, New York; and Waikiki, Hawaii.
Internationally, Eric has a pivotal role in the development of Trump at Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, currently being heralded as one of the most significant new developments in the Caribbean. Trump at Cap Cana will include a 350 room Trump Ocean Club Hotel, a signature Trump International Golf Club, two residential condominiums buildings, and over 1000 residential units. The project already set a sales record during its initial launch, with 68 lots sold for more than $360 million in sales in just under 4 hours.
Eric is also working on a multitude of other projects throughout the world. These include Trump International Hotel & Tower Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE, currently selling at the highest price per square foot in the Gulf region, and Trump Ocean Club in Panama City Panama, which holds the record as the largest real investment in Latin America. Other highlighted projects are Trump International Hotel& Tower, Toronto, Canada; Trump Towers, Istanbul, Turkey; and Trump Ocean Resort, Baja Mexico.
Eric is a rising star in the business sector, and has appeared as a keynote speaker for real estate conferences nationwide, as well as in various press outlets such CNBC, Fox, NBC, and The New York Post.
In addition, he was chosen in 2006 and 2007 to be the Master of Ceremonies for "The 9/11 Remembrance, The September Concert", in Trump Tower.
Alongside his work with the Trump Organization, Eric works fervently to aid children in need, having started The Eric Trump Foundation for St. Jude's Children Hospital. The foundation raised more than $350.000 in donations last year alone, and is dedicated to improving the lives of children battling life-threatening or debilitating medical conditions.
