Emilios Kyriacou is a Managing Director and Senior Credit Officer of Citigroup, having joined the Firm 21 years ago.

Emilios has held various positions at Citi and was most recently appointed as Corporate Banking Head for Greece & Cyprus, Central Eastern Europe, Poland and Israel. As part of day-to-day responsibilities, Emilios manages Citi's Corporate Bank business in Greece, consisting of Greek Corporates, Global Subsidiaries (multinational corporate subsidiaries), Financial Institutions and the Sovereign, while actively leading the assigned regional franchise.

Emilios has been involved in various transactions including syndications, investment grade and high yield bond issues, equity offerings, securitizations as well as extensive hedging activity (FX, Commodities, etc.). In addition, Emilios is a member of the Board of Directors of Diners Club Hellas and has also served as Chairman of the Board of Citi Leasing.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics & International Relations from Denison University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. Emilios is married and has one child.

Pioneered High Yield Bond product for Greek Issuers, FAGE (1997, 2005, 2010), YIOULA (2005)
Advised/Executed Global Receivables Financing, FAGE 2011
Advised OTE on Liability Management and Funding Strategy, both in investment grade and non investment grade space.
Structured Global Working Capital Facility pool for Frigoglass delivering Citi in over 10 countries.
Launched Asset Backed securitizations for Greek Financial Institutions (EFG Eurobank, Piraeus, Alpha)
Led Intralot's Euro 300 MM International Syndicated Revolving Credit Facility (2012) and is currently spearheading its Forward Start Refinancing.
Actively engaged in CMO, Capital Management and Deleveraging discussions with Greek Financial Institutions.
Leading coverage efforts for Global Subsidiaries in Greece, including Philip Morris, British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Vodafone.
