Jeremy L. Bergeron was appointed President of CrossAmerica Partners in March 2015 and director of its Board in October 2015. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bergeron served as Senior Vice President of Integration & Development Operations and as Vice President and Treasurer of CST Brands (NYSE: CST), owner of CrossAmerica’s general partner interests. Before joining CST in 2013 as part of the spin from Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO), Mr. Bergeron was with Valero for 17 years where he held several leadership positions, including Corporate Safety Director and Vice President of Insurance. He earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration in Management and Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Mr. Bergeron is also a 2014 graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
