Lorraine Ritter was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of our general partner as of March 16, 2015. She serves as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller for CONSOL Energy.
Ms. Ritter joined CONSOL Energy's Accounting Department in November 1989, where she has served in various positions of increasing responsibility and was promoted to Vice President and Controller of CONSOL Energy effective April 2005. Most recently, she was appointed Principal Accounting Officer of CONSOL Energy in March 2013. Prior to joining CONSOL Energy, Ms. Ritter began her professional career as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP.
Ms. Ritter received her B.S. in Accounting from Grove City College. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
