Mr. John F. Bookout, IV, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Noble Midstream GP LLC, General Partner at Noble Midstream Partners LP since October 2015. Mr. Bookout joined Noble in July 2014. He is responsible for financial management, planning, business development and mergers and acquisitions related to Noble's U.S. onshore midstream activities, including the structuring of CONE Midstream Partners, L.P. and the structuring of this initial public offering. He also served as an Advisor to Noble in the Corporate Finance and Treasury group beginning in July 2014. Mr. Bookout served as an Associate at Global Infrastructure Partners since September 2009 until joining Noble in July 2014.
