Mike Bresson is a partner in the Houston office of Baker Botts. He concentrates on federal income tax matters, with a particular emphasis on publicly traded partnerships, YieldCos, private equity transactions and mergers & acquisitions. Mike is nationally recognized for his experience in transactions involving MLPs. He is the head of the firm's MLP/YieldCo Tax Practice.
Mike received his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from University of Oklahoma and graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
