WILLIAM J. COOPER, Partner, Washington, DC Office. Bill's practice includes all types of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, representing issuers and underwriters as wells as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He has particular experience with publicly traded partnerships, or MLPs, including private formation transactions and conflicts committee representation. He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1995 and his B.A., cum laude, from Princeton University in 1987.
