J. Heath Deneke
Chief Operating Officer Crestwood Equity Partners LP
Heath Deneke was appointed President of the Natural Gas business unit upon closing of the Inergy/Crestwood merger in September 2013 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer & President, Pipeline Services Group in June 2015. In this role, Mr. Deneke is responsible for the commercial development and operations of Crestwood’s midstream businesses located in the Marcellus, Bakken, PRB Niobrara, Delaware Permian, Barnett, Granite Wash, Fayetteville and Haynesville shale plays. Additionally, he oversees Crestwood’s engineering, technical services, environmental, safety, regulatory compliance and supply chain teams. Mr. Deneke joined Crestwood in August of 2012 as SVP – Chief Commercial Officer of Crestwood Midstream Partners where he was responsible for developing and executing Crestwood’s growth strategy including large scale North American midstream infrastructure projects and down the value chain merger and acquisition activities. Prior to joining Crestwood, Mr. Deneke was Vice President of Project Development and Engineering for the Pipeline Group at El Paso Corporation since October of 2009. He was with El Paso since 1996 holding various marketing, business development, strategy, and planning roles in El Paso’s natural gas pipeline business. Mr. Deneke earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. Mr. Deneke is on the board of directors for Bay West Environmental and is a member of the Houston Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization. He currently resides in Houston, Texas and is married with a family of three young children
