Jeff Fulmer

Mr. Fulmer is a Senior Vice President of CorEnergy and has more than 30 years of energy industry experience. Prior to joining CorEnergy in 2013, he spent six years as a Senior Advisor with Tortoise Capital Advisors, where he provided industry insight and led the company's retail marketing efforts. As a petroleum engineer and professional geologist with a background in leadership, Mr. Fulmer's experience includes working for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) in the post 9/11 threat environment where he headed a group of infrastructure analysts engaged globally in critical infrastructure analysis, assessment and protection, and where he delivered briefings to all levels of the U.S. Government. Prior to the DoD, Mr. Fulmer served as president of Redland Energy and senior vice president of Statoil Energy where he was responsible for exploration, development and land efforts, capital drilling budgets, joint ventures, and played critical roles in evaluating and consummating over 20 successful acquisition transactions. He previously held key engineering and geological positions with ARCO Oil and Gas and Tenneco Oil Exploration and Production. Mr. Fulmer earned a Bachelor of Science in geological engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Master of Petroleum Engineering degree from the University of Southern California.
