Robert is a Managing Director with PwC, based in Los Angeles, specializing in the financial services industry with extensive experience working with alternative investment funds; regulated and unregulated investment companies and asset managers. Since early 2004, Robert has worked exclusively with institutional investors on the operational issues and multistate tax implications of investing in the master limited partnership (“MLP”) asset class, including assisting fund managers with structuring investment vehicles, modeling tax implications of their investment portfolios and consulting on industry trends and developments. Robert has extensive experience with every type of MLP investment product currently on the market and includes the majority of the publicly traded MLP investment funds as his current clients as well as a number of MLP hedge funds and many foreign offshore investment products. He is a frequent presenter on institutional investment in MLPs and structuring MLP investment products.
