 Declan McKeever Associate Holman Fenwick Willan LLP Declan is a New York qualified and UK trained attorney specializing in contentious and non-contentious energy and commodities trading, derivatives, shipping and regulatory matters. Prior to joining HFW Declan worked for a number of years, and received his UK legal training, at the London office of a major international law firm. He also spent time on secondment as an in house lawyer at the UK headquarters of ExxonMobil. Declan has a particular focus on oil and petroleum products, LNG, biofuels, and metals trading (physical and futures) for leading investment banks and trading houses. He also handles a wide variety of shipping and trade disputes. |
