Yiannis is a UK Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Manager in the Deals department of PwC Athens. He joined the Athens office in 2001 and he is currently responsible for the local Valuations practice. Yiannis has extensive experience in valuation projects, intangibles’ valuations, feasibility studies and development of business plans.
Yiannis is heavily focused on the shipping sector and has, in the recent past, led numerous engagements in relation to valuation, impairment testing and purchase price allocation exercises for major listed shipping clients.
He has also advised both public and private clients on M&A and financial reporting issues as well as cross border investments, while he has also worked on several successful privatisation projects. Yiannis holds an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University (Cass) Business School, London.
