Mr. Michael Dimitrios Sapountzoglou, Mike, BSc. serves as Finance Director of Metrostar Management Corp. Mr. Sapountzoglou served as Treasurer of Metrostar Management Corp. Mr. Sapountzoglou serves as Senior Finance Director of Angelopoulos group of companies. He is responsible for Angelopoulos group's corporate finance and global investment activities. Mr. Sapountzoglou has over 19 years' commercial experience.

Prior to this, he was Co-founder of Gamma Research, a financial advisory firm focusing on European and Eastern European markets. He served as Investment Manager for Star Maritime S.A., a private company based in Monte Carlo and part of the Livanos group of companies.
