Alice is a senior associate in Reed Smith's Transportation Industry Group, in the firm’s New York office. Her area of practice extends from maritime litigation to shipping finance. Alice has experience advising clients on various transactional, contentious and regulatory issues within the maritime field. Alice has developed a particular expertise in the application of the U.S. Jones Act and implementing regulations to investments in, and the operation of, U.S.-flag vessels engaged in the coastwise trade. She helps vessel owners, financiers, charterers and shippers navigate these laws to achieve their goals.
