James H. Miller (b. 1955) was appointed Senior Advisor to Philly Shipyard in April 2020 following previous tenures as CEO from 2008-2011 and Chairman of the Board from 2011-2014 and 2016-2020. Mr. Miller has significant executive experience in shipbuilding and large industrial engineering/construction projects and services. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for three U.S. public companies.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Edinboro (PA). Mr. Miller lives in Washington, PA, USA. Mr. Miller is a U.S. citizen.
