Grayson Lipton
Head of ETF Execution and Liquidity Services
PowerShares by Invesco
Grayson Lipton is the head of ETF execution and liquidity services that represents the
PowerShares family of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Grayson brings considerable experience
in the areas of trading and execution, including nearly ten years of tenure at PowerShares.
Grayson explains the nuances of the PowerShares product suite to institutional buy side clients
with the goal of educating them on best practices for sourcing ETF liquidity and execution.
Prior to joining PowerShares in 2006, Grayson worked as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley.
Prior to his employment at Morgan Stanley, he spent 6 years on the Chicago Board Options
Exchange with TD Securities (formerly Letco) as a Trader on the Index Arbitrage team. In that
capacity, Grayson traded in both the SPX (S&P 500 Options) & OEX (S&P 100 Options) pits.
Grayson earned a B.A. in Finance from The University of Illinois. He holds the Series 4, 7, 63,
and 79 registrations.
