Special Secretary for Private Public Partnerships - Ministry of Economy, Competitiveness & Shipping
Nikos Mantzoufas heads up as Special Secretary the Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) Unit at the Ministry of Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping. The Greek PPP Unit is responsible for the implementation of a large PPP program, worth at the moment more than 5bn Euro, covering projects across sectors.
Before joining the Greek PPP Unit, Nikos Mantzoufas worked at the Government & Infrastructure Advisory practice of Grant Thornton for 5 years, and prior to that at the Global Corporate & Investment Banking division of Bank of America.
He has been involved as financial advisor on a large number of privatization, project finance deals, advising both public and private sector.
He holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA.
