Tony Salgado has extensive experience in international business and maritime transactions, corporate governance, and finance matters. Mr. Salgado assists clients in negotiating and structuring transactions under U.S. and foreign laws in maritime and non-maritime contexts, such as:

Title XI loan guarantee financings
Ship purchases and sales and shipbuilding contracts
Choice-of-flag issues
Vessel charters and management agreements
Corporate governance and structure issues for domestic and foreign companies, including the major offshore jurisdictions
Maritime Administration and Coast Guard regulatory issues, including Jones Act citizenship issues
U.S. export and import control regulations and U.S. trade sanctions cross-border transactions
Mr. Salgado served as law clerk to the Honorable Randy J. Holland, Supreme
Court of Delaware.
