Joined Marine Department of ITOCHU Corporation in 1992 after university. Since then, working in marine business mainly newbuilding projects (including time as London representative from 2005 to 2010). In 2011, assigned as Manager of Marine Section No. 3 for investment of LNG Carriers and off-shore units. In 2019, assigned as Deputy General Manager mainly for development of new business such as decarbonisation project, and, in 2021, Project Leader of NH3 Fuel Ship Project, and then, current assignment from April 1, 2022.
