Deepak Arora spearheads the Crowley enterprise strategy, particularly focusing on growth through core business advancement and transformational opportunities. As chief strategy officer, Arora focuses on solving complex business problems through his multifaceted expertise in data analytics solutions and maritime logistics background to achieve environmentally sustainable and commercially successful outcomes.

Before joining Crowley in 2020, Arora served in various leadership positions in global logistics and maritime companies. Earlier in his career, he captained merchant vessels for Wilhelmsen, a global maritime group.

Arora received his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He serves as an MIT Sloan Industry Advisors member and a Business Advisory Council member for the University of North Florida (UNF). Among other accomplishments, Deepak also serves as Innovation Leader for the Crowley Center of Transportation and Logistics at UNF as part of the company’s partnership with the university.
