Francis Chin

Francis Chin has been with Singhai Marine Services since 2017. Before joining Singhai, he was the COO of Stellar Shipmanagement and the Managing Director of Brostrom Tankers Singapore.
He began his maritime career in the late 1980s as a Chief Engineer with Singapore Neptune Orient Lines. Francis then transitioned to shore-based roles in the shipbuilding and repair sectors, accumulating over twenty years of experience in tanker ship management, where he held various senior leadership positions. His extensive industry involvement includes serving on several maritime committees, and he is currently a Technical Committee member for Lloyd’s Register in Singapore.
Francis holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Finance.
