Felicia Dinkel is in EY’s Supply Chain and Operations Consulting practice in the Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility sector. 
She has 30+ years of global industry experience in supply chain & operations, including procurement, transportation, logistics and network optimization.   She has both buy-side and sales-side experience in transportation and logistics, especially ocean freight.  She has effectively assisted in the standardization and implementation of global supply chain processes, third-party logistics, and Information Technology (IT) solutions. 
At a Fortune 100 multi-national company, she managed a global team and worked with businesses to leverage the global indirect transportation spend of multiple modes including ocean, parcel, airfreight, truckload, less than truckload (LTL) as well as third party logistics (3PL) and Customs House Brokerage (CHB) services through procurement processes.
EY Representative experience:
Performed supply chain assessment to address key client issues pertaining to international ocean shipments; process refinement, training workshops and technology enablement. Focused on refining  international shipments of  leased assets. Conducted training workshops for global supply chain individuals on the refined process and developed reporting capabilities enabling IoT GPS tracking data.  
Advised companies on complex supply chain programs to deliver streamlined operations, reduced costs and increased working capital incorporating expertise in transportation and logistics, operations planning, distribution and procurement on a global basis.
