WILLIAM FAIRCLOUGH

Managing Director

William graduated from Edinburgh University in 2000 and subsequently worked for Credit Suisse prior to joining Clarksons as a shipbroker. He relocated to Clarkson Asia in Hong Kong in 2002 where he worked in various roles in chartering, sale and purchase and for the group’s in-house shipowning and logistics arm. In 2006, William left Clarksons to become a co-founder and director of Mandarin Shipping Limited. William initially worked with Wah Kwong as a consultant and in 2016 was promoted to the board and appointed Chief Commercial Officer before taking on the role of Managing Director in 2019.
