Mr. Frew serves as a Senior Vice President in Oaktree’s Transportation Infrastructure strategy. At Oaktree, he is responsible for identifying and evaluating investments across air, land, and sea transportation segments, leading efforts within the Jones Act and various other subsectors. Within the Jones Act, he is a lead for Oaktree’s investment in Rand Logistics, the largest bulk marine transportation provider on the Great Lakes. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2014, Mr. Frew served as a senior financial analyst for Tunnel Hill Partners (now a part of WIN Waste Innovations), and an investment banking analyst within Raymond James’ Transport & Infrastructure Group. Mr. Frew graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
