Steve was appointed the global head of Clarksons Research, the data and analytics arm of the Clarksons Group, in 2012. He leads a dynamic team of experts providing widely respected data and intelligence around shipping, trade, offshore and the maritime energy transition. Besides continued analytical contributions, Steve has led the launch or re-launch of offerings including Shipping Intelligence Network, World Fleet Register, Renewables Intelligence Network and Fuelling Transition. After graduating from Oxford University, Steve originally joined Clarksons as a shipbuilding analyst in 1999. He has previously managed the consultancy and valuation teams at Clarksons and is also a Director of Clarksons Valuations.
