Muneeba Kayani is a Managing Director in Equity Research and Head of the EMEA Transport and Hotels team. Her team covers a wide range of stocks across Airlines, Freight & Logistics, Shipping, Hotels and Tour Operators. The Transport Team was ranked #3 in the Institutional Investor Survey in 2023 and 2022. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she spent 12 years at Morgan Stanley in equity research where she most recently led the EEMEA Industrials coverage. During her time there, she was ranked the #2 analyst in the sector in 2018 and #3 in 2017. Before this, she worked in US credit research at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2007 and also in US investment banking at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2003. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's from Smith College in mathematics and economics. She is based in London and speaks fluent English and Urdu.
