Captain Fared Khan possess nearly four decades of professional maritime industry experience, including 20 years at sea. In his current role as Director of Human Resource at Eaglestar, Captain Fared Khan oversees the entire spectrum of Human Resource which includes Training & Development for all staff at sea and shore to ensure that the organisation has the best in class in terms of competencies and capabilities, aimed at delivering safety and operational excellence.

He holds a Master of Science in Maritime Studies from Nanyang Technological University and Master Mariner Class 1 (FG) Unlimited from Sydney, Australia. 

Captain Fared Khan is a distinguished senior member of the Eaglestar Management Team in and sits in various committees within the organisation.
