Marinos Kokkinis is the Managing Director of OneCare Solutions, a leading health and wellbeing platform, and OneLearn Global, a leading maritime training provider. Under his leadership, these two entities are forging a holistic approach to everything needed to make individuals healthier and more productive, thereby fostering the potential of human capital.

Possessing a deep background spanning the multiple industries that play a role in health, wellbeing, and training, Marinos has held senior positions in the maritime, hospitality, pharmaceutical, and financial industries during the past 25 years. Key positions included Director for Merchant Fleet and Support Services with leading marine services provider Oceanic, senior financial analyst with major pharmaceutical company Pharmascience, and numerous roles throughout the hospitality and cruise ship industries, including the Ritz-Carlton and Celebrity Cruises.

Marinos speaks regularly on the topic of human capital and the importance of well-managed health and learning initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor degree in accounting and finance from the University of West London, and he completed an executive programme on the topic of the digital transformation in health care from Harvard Medical School.
