Cleo Lymberis Group Treasurer Public Power Corporation Cleo joined PPC in September 2020 as Group Treasurer and has been instrumental in supporting the company’s debt restructuring and funding initiatives. Over these past three years, PPC was able to diversify its debt profile through two non-recourse securitization transactions, one of which won the Global Capital European Securitization Award for “Private Deal of the Year”. In addition, PPC re-entered the high yield capital markets twice, launching the first highly successful Sustainability-linked bond in the European HY capital markets that was multiple times oversubscribed. Prior to joining PPC, she had built a diverse level of experience in the banking and credit sector for over 18 years, having worked in investment banking in NY at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, as well as Citigroup and HSBC (both in Greece), where she originated the debut high yield bond issues for the most international Greek corporates over the period 2013-14. She was also involved in credit restructurings as part of the Pillarstone team, a KKR-backed firm aimed at supporting banks and distressed corporates in Greece. In 2018, she moved to the corporate side, supporting a Greek diversified industrials company with their investor relations program. Cleo is a graduate of Columbia University, hav¬ing completed both Bachelors’ and Masters’ de-grees in Mechanical and Financial Engineering, respectively.
