Ioannis is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in investment management and capital markets with a strong track record of driving and delivering impactful investments in the real estate sector and contributing to the sustainable development of SE Europe’s built environment.
Ioannis currently works with international investors, major hoteliers and leading financiers to originate, underwrite and strategically support real estate deals and CapEx intensive investments. He also leverages his expertise in ESG strategies to help clients and partners create sustainable value in property portfolios. He focuses on value add and (re)development opportunities in mixed use and hospitality real estate in SE Europe.
He studied Civil Engineering in NTU of Athens and holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from UCL.
