Chairman of the BoD (Executive member)
Mr. Lampros Papakonstantinou holds the Chair of the Board of Directors of IDEAL Holdings and has more than 30 years of business and management experience.

In 1996 he founded P&K Financial Group, which in 2007 was acquired by National Bank of Greece. He served as General Manager of Investment Banking of NBG (2007-2011), Chairman of the BoD of Virtus Equity Partners (2011-2014), Deputy CEO of Geniki Bank (2014-2015), General Manager of Investment Banking of Piraeus Bank (2025-2016). In 2017 he founded Virtus South European Fund (VSEF), the 1st international investment vehicle that invested exclusively private equity in Greek companies and which in 2021 invested in IDEAL Holdings.

IDEAL Holdings currently owns the following companies: Byte Computers, ADACOM, BlueStream, Ideal Electronics, and Attica Department Stores with a total of more than 1,600 employees.

He holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA from INSEAD. He speaks fluently English and French.
