Parker led Rose Cay’s major entry into maritime transport with the purchase, management, and operation of a targeted fleet of barges and tugboats following a high-profile transaction. In selecting vessels suited to be part of the U.S. core energy supply chain and establishing an operating team with industry leaders. Parker has poised Rose Cay to be at the forefront of the Energy Transition. Parker brings a spirit of entrepreneurial ingenuity to Rose Cay, with the ability to reimagine essential industries for the future. His track record as a real asset investment professional allows him to create innovative strategies to deploy capital and unlock value. Alex previously was dedicated to infrastructure as a Vice President at Parker Infrastructure Partners, a firm working on mega projects across the U.S. He started his career at Aircastle, supporting the acquisition of over a billion dollars of jet aircraft and collaborated closely with Japanese institutional investors. Parker is a graduate of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, recreational soccer player, snowboarder, and long-standing mentor to his “little brother” from Big Brothers Big Sisters.
