Mr. Shi started his career in shipping and related industry back in 2013. He has graduated with a BE in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST) and with a ME in Design and Manufacture of Ship and Offshore Structure from Dalian University of Technology(DUT). He served consecutively as yard site project manager and chief representative of overseas office for one leading Chinese shipyard group, and then worked in shipping finance department of one leading Chinese leasing house.
During his career in ship leasing circle, he has overseen and closed numerous transactions under financial lease, operating lease and joint lease structure, relating to almost all types of ocean-going merchant ships, serving clients from both mainland China and abroad. Mr. Shi holds the position of Director of Shipping Business Department of Bank of China Financial Leasing Corporation Limited since 2023.
