Mr. Shon has been a gas turbine and turbo compressor specialist since he entered Hanwha Aerospace (formerly Samsung Techwin). Based on his leadership in engineering, project management and business planning, he was appointed to General Manager of Energy Equipment Business Unit in 2014. He continued his career in energy industry (Oil & Gas and Power) as a Senior Vice President, and briefly transferred to Hanwha Impact in 2021, then returned to Hanwha Power Systems as CEO in early 2022.
