Wu Zhongqing, Ph.D. in Economics, serves as the Deputy Director of Shipping Development and Promotion Center, Shanghai Pudong New Area.
From 2008 to 2023, he successively worked at Pudong New Area Commission of Commerce and the Pudong District Government Liaison Office in Beijing, responsible for personnel management, group building, liaison and reception, and investment promotion services. Currently, he is responsible for promoting investment and providing enterprise services of  Pudong Shipping. As the main author or first author, he has published multiple research reports and academic papers in internal publications of Pudong and Chinese core journals.
