Mr. Osorio is President and Chief Executive Office of The Mexico Fund, Inc. and Director General of the investment adviser, Impulsora del Fondo México, which he joined in May 1991. He oversees the investment strategy and portfolio structure of The Mexico Fund.

Mr. Osorio has a Degree in Accounting and special courses on Financial Engineering and Business Management at the IPADE Business School in Mexico City.
