Gilles Longučve is the president of the "Maritime Passive Safety Association (MPS) and vice president of the French Naval Industry Group (GICAN)'s Security, Safety, and Maritime environment Committee.

He currently holds the position of Managing Director of JLMD Ecologic Group, responsible for new projects, research, development and sales.

He is an engineer and holds a A master of economy and business strategy from Paris Dauphine University.
