James Georgiow

Mr. Georgiow joined Stifel's Energy and Natural Resources Investment Banking Group in 2006 and is responsible for clients in the MLP sector. Mr. Georgiow serves on Stifel's Fairness Opinion Committee. Mr. Georgiow has completed a broad range of public and private securities offerings as well as advised on numerous merger and acquisition transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $50 billion. Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Georgiow spent eight years at UBS and its predecessors, in its Energy Group. Prior to that, Mr. Georgiow spent four years in NatWest Securities Corporation's investment banking group and three years with Fulcrum Financial Advisors. Mr. Georgiow received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
