Kristian B. Kos

New Source Energy Partners, LP.
Kristian B. Kos was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director of our general partner in October 2012 and Chairman in October 2014. From October 2012 until October 2014, Mr. Kos also served as President of our general partner. Mr. Kos served as the president and chief executive officer and director of New Source Energy Corporation from July 2011 until May 2014. Mr. Kos has been involved in various aspects of energy industry since 2005 providing consulting services and managing his private investments, including MidCentral Energy Services, an entity he co-founded in 2010 and we acquired in November 2013. Prior to entering the energy industry, Mr. Kos worked in the financial sector for hedge fund manager Wexford Capital LP. Mr. Kos earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland in 1999. He also earned a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics from the University of Aix-Marseille, France in 2000.
