Paul Dowel
Head Research, Howe Robinson
After graduating from the maritime department of Cardiff University in 1987, Paul Dowell joined ACTS, before moving to parent company Cunard Ellerman in 1989. There Paul woked in a vaiety of trade management roles which included sevices to East Afica, Middle East, ICS and European destinations. After a take over by Andrew Wier, Paul continued to work in a variety of development roles and left Weirs to join Contship Container Lines in 1995.
Paul Dowell joined Howe Robinson in 1997 and was appointed as a director in 2003. Paul now heads up a reseach and consultancy division that specialises in the container and dry sectors.
