Robert Bugbee
Robert Bugbee was born in 1960 in Tavistock Devon, England. Mr. Bugbee began his professional career in 1984 with Gotaas-Larsen Shipping Corporation as Post-Fixture Chartering Assistant Trainee. During his career at Gotaas-Larsen he held various positions. At the time of his resignation he was Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning.
Mr. Bugbee joined OMI Corp., the predecessor of OMI Corporation, in 1995 as Senior Vice President. He was elected as a director and as Chief Operating Officer of OMI Corporation in 1998, Executive Vice President in 2001, President in 2002, and CEO June in 2007.
Mr. Bugbee joined Ospraie Management in September 2007.
