Mr. Lazaridis has served as the Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of our general partner since its formation in January 2007 and joined our Board of Directors in March 2007. Mr. Lazaridis has served as Capital Maritime's Chief Financial Officer and as a Director since its incorporation in March 2005. From 2004 to March 2005, Mr. Lazaridis was employed by our predecessor companies in the same capacity. From 1990 to 2004, Mr. Lazaridis served in various positions in the financial industry in the UK.
