Chris Randall is a corporate finance partner in Norton Rose LLP's London office focussing on the transport sector in general and shipping in particular. Chris is experienced in both Equity Capital Markets and M&A work. In 2007, Chris advised on the listing of two shipping companies on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, Globus Maritime and Hellenic Carriers and continues to advise these companies. Chris has also advised a number of US listed shipping companies on M&A activity in the shipping sector.
Chris' clients outside of shipping include easyJet, Carlsberg and HSBC.
Chris is dual UK and Hong Kong qualified having worked in Norton Rose's Hong Kong office from 2002 to 2005.
